Holistic Ear Reflexology is also known as Auriclar Therapy, and is known in Japan as "ear acupuncture points." Ear acupuncture points have been used for thousands of years, and were introduced from China to ancient Egypt, Greece, and Rome.

In the 1500s in Europe, research was conducted on the effectiveness of stimulating ear acupuncture points for toothache, eye problems, headaches, and other conditions, and this research spread throughout the world.

There are 90 acupressure points on the ears, which is more than the number on the feet.

The effects of acupressure points on the feet are well known, but the advantage of ear acupressure is that the area is smaller than that of the feet, so a session can be done in a shorter time, and instead of massaging one side of the foot at a time, both the left and right ears can be massaged at the same time.

Therefore, it has an excellent relaxing effect in a short time.Effective for: insomnia, poor circulation, menstrual pain, infertility, high blood pressure, headaches, allergies, hay fever, stiff shoulders, lower back pain, neuralgia, constipation, diabetes, thyroid problems, obesity, etc.
