What is a Holistic Massage?
A holistic massage is a therapeutic treatment that aims to promote overall well-being by addressing the body, mind, and spirit. Unlike traditional massages that primarily focus on physical relief, holistic massage considers the interconnectedness of the client's physical, emotional, and mental health. This comprehensive approach helps in achieving a balanced and harmonious state.
