There are many types of pizza. In this class everyone will make two different doughs; one to make a traditional Chicago style deep dish pizza and the other to make a flat bread pizza and even a dessert pizza.

The pizzas can be baked in class to take home – or take them home to bake and enjoy. All supplies are included for use in class. This class is designed for all levels. This class is limited to students age 12 and up.
We are excited to release our class schedule for September and October in-person classes at Make It Sweet. There are a few new classes, and many of our popular classes on the schedule. Let's sling some pies! Grab some dough as we work the ins and outs of perfect pizza dough, delicious traditional (and not so) toppings and make some wonderful pizza pies!
We start this class by making pizza dough from scratch. While it proofs, we work on the toppings, and then learn to stretch it using time honored techniques, all under the watchful eye of Chef Daniel. Finally we bake the pizzas to perfection.
Master the fundamentals then make it your own in this multi-approach pizza making class that covers all the pillars of a great pie: crust, sauce, and toppings. From thin crust to deep dish, and white sauce to red, you’ll leave with pizza making skills so epic and versatile
Join us for this informal pizza and cupcake workshop for the whole family. Book your spot and arrive anytime between 5:00 and 7:30 pm, create your meal and eat it too! Make pizza dough from scratch, roll out an individual pizza with a choice of toppings and decorate a cupcake.
