Bruno will teach you everything you need to know about how to make amazing pizza in the comfort of your own home - and you don’t need a fancy pizza oven or expensive equipment to do it!
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
• How to make delicious pizza dough from scratch
• The proper way to knead, ferment and bake the dough
• How to prepare toppings and make classic pizzas like Margherita, Diavolo and Funghi
• How to source and work with the best raw materials
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
• Charcuterie board for 2 or 4 people
• Wine by the bottle (wine by the glass is available during the class)

• Vaccine certificate required in compliance with provincial guidelines
• Events are limited to 12 people, and guests will be spread out, to ensure safe social distancing
