Designed for those of you who have already completed a diploma or degree, this one year program builds on prior knowledge to prepare you for a supervisory and management career within the Canadian and international hospitality and tourism industry.
Through industry focused instruction, you will develop essential operational and management skills including, functional understanding of front office operations, guest services and experiences, menu planning, food preparation, food and beverage operations and service techniques, tour guiding and tour operations, organizational behaviour, as well as marketing concepts, principles and practices.
Completed through a blended delivery model, this program is designed to help balance work and learning commitments. You can look forward to spending your first term in-person on campus completing six courses, with the second term consisting of two courses delivered online, along with the completion of 600 hour work-integrated learning (paid work experience).
Work Integrated Learning
Students enrolled in the Hospitality and Tourism Management post-diploma certificate program will be required to complete one paid industry work experience (600 hours).
Credentials
Upon successful completion of this program, graduates will receive a post-diploma certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management. Graduates will also receive certification in Proserve, Food Handling and First Aid.

Admission Requirements
English Language Proficiency
The College expects all applicants to meet an acceptable level of English language proficiency of an overall score of 6.0 in IELTS, a minimum band score of 5.5 in each component. We will require official documents such as high school or post-secondary transcripts or proof of successful completion of standardized language evaluation.
