Hot Work Fire Watch and Fire Extinguishers course has been developed for those with an occupational requirement to be trained to manage, supervise, and perform hot work activities.
The goal of this course is to help you understand what the responsibilities are and how to manage those responsibilities to protect your health and safety and your co-workers.
Hot Work Fire Watch and Fire Extinguishers course will also establish an understanding of the statutory requirements of the federal COHS, Provincial and Territorial OH&S legislations.
We will achieve these objectives through discussion and by participating in skills practice. In addition there will be a portable fire extinguisher proficiency evaluation.
