Join us as we roll up our sleeves and learn the traditional art of pasta making! Kids wil make pasta dough from scratch to roll out and create classic and unconventional ravioli!
Join us as the Chef of La Scuola showcases the true art of fresh pastamaking, demonstrating how to make and shape some of Eataly's favorite fresh pastas. Guests will get to try their hand at rolling out the dough and forming their own shapes, like Cavatelli, Fusilli, Orechiette, and Trofie.
This class features: Home-made linguini and/or ravioli with herbed ricotta filling and traditional "Sunday Gravy" tomato sauce, which can be made with or without meat. This special class is only featured once every few weeks!
