Participative methods will be used throughout the programme, building upon the existing experience of course members. The learning methods used will include tutor input, discussion, and syndicated exercises. There will be a physical room check and discussion on the findings.
The Northern Ireland Hotels Federation (NIHF) is the representative body for hotels, guesthouses, and other serviced accommodation providers in Northern Ireland. The hospitality industry in Northern Ireland has had a collective body since 1922, with the Federation being incorporated in 1999 to specifically focus on the accommodation sector.

A clean and well-maintained hotel is one of the most important factors for the majority of guests and is the responsibility of the housekeeping department. The Housekeeping Course will explain the duties which are required to ensure that guests can enjoy a clean, comfortable.
This course will explain the duties that are necessary to ensure that guests can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.
The course is run as three separate training days covering three different modules, and the option is to attend any or all of the training days.
We offer highly comprehensive training in person, both in a group and private training solutions. We run monthly group training courses, and we also work with clients individually to provide private training.
