Description

This Nationally Accredited HRW Basic Scaffolding course is designed to teach participants to:  Erect and Dismantle Modular or Pre-Fabricated Scaffold Systems such as Aluminium Mobiles, Steel Modular, Kwik Stage & Cuplock over 4 meters. 

Upon satisfactory completion of the HRW SB course:  Participants will be issued with a Statement of Attainment, recognised within the Australian Qualifications Framework and issued under the authority of the National Vocational Education and Regulator Act 2011.

Participants will need:

  • Hi Visibility Shirt or Vest
  • Protective Footwear
  • Hard Hat (we have some available for use if necessary)
  • Please bring your own lunch
  • Water,Tea & Coffee facilities are available

 

Prerequisites

  • It is a mandatory requirement that you have 100 points of Identification with you when you attend the training, please see the 100 points of ID information sheet attached. 
  • a (USI) Number-Unique Student Identification number is required
  • Please Inform IWP if you do not have a NSW address prior to course commencement, an exemption from SafeWork NSW will be required for any non NSW resident to attend the training. This process will take several days therefore it is important to notify IWP as soon as possible.
  • Students must be a minimum of 18 years of age. 
  • The course the start time is 8am the finish time may vary depending on the class size, the approximate finish time is 4pm.
