Human Resources Management is a one-year Ontario College Graduate Certificate program designed for university or college graduates, providing them with functional knowledge in core areas of human resources.
Beyond the core curriculum, the program also offers courses in software, Canadian employment law, management of strategic HR projects and professional communications.
You’ll also have the opportunity to apply to further develop your consulting skills with the option of substituting two courses for the intensive community consultancy program, working with live clients to solve real problems.
This program includes all nine credits required for the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designations from the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
