Hypnosis Technician (Level I)

Level I requires only one prerequisite: the ability to assimilate the material taught. However, candidates must demonstrate great open-mindedness while agreeing to leave aside their preconceived ideas.

Important : You will only be able to use the title of hypnotherapist after completing the entire Level II: Hypnotherapy Practitioner training .

Description

In order to meet your needs, we offer a short training course called "LEVEL I", which will allow you to use hypnosis through appropriate techniques to intervene in simple cases, without committing to more intensive training.

Therapeutic Means

The student learns to use specialized techniques and can also develop simple methods for specific approaches. We can also support you in the following cases:

• stress,
• sleep disorders,
• self-hypnosis,
• smoking,
• and certain other situations.

The student also learns the different steps (suggestibility tests or exercises, inductions, deepening, etc.) leading to hypnosis and/or self-hypnosis.The student will be asked to create a complete hypnosis session and practice it in a subgroup.

The student will have to learn to modulate his voice by listening to others (softness, kindness, bass, flow, rhythm, fluid reading, etc.)

Use Of Acquired Knowledge

After this training, unless you have already followed another professional training in hypnosis, you will not be able to consider yourself a hypnotherapist. You must have the honesty to work within your limits.

It would be a professional fault to try to provide support on complex cases without having acquired the necessary knowledge. You cannot, after 40 hours of training, claim to have such broad skills.

On the other hand, you will be able to experiment with your techniques with your family and friends and see how effective the methods taught are.

Level I training is a  basic training  and should be considered as such. You will learn the reality of the hypnotic phenomenon and simple techniques that can be used for self-hypnosis or to offer help for minor difficulties. (see  LEVEL II  for the complete training).
