At Burlington School, we have been preparing our students for the IELTS test for many years, and we have an in-depth knowledge of needs of candidates and the demands of the test. Our IELTS Preparation course is designed to meet these needs. We believe there are three main areas that students should work on when preparing for any test:
overall language improvement, specific exam-related language improvement (this includes the grammar and vocabulary that the exam focuses on, as well as study skills and exam skills), and authentic exam practice.
Students will study in a traditional English building in Balham, one of London’s most attractive residential areas, famous for its cafés, parks and gardens. The school is within walking distance to three attractive parks, and is 15 minutes from Central London.
IELTS and Cambridge test practice will prepare you for your assessments if you need it, in all four skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
