This digital course consists of 3 online workshops covering a wide range of skills, knowledge and understanding. The workshops will focus on communication, working with people, providing direction and leadership and getting results - from problem-solving to planning and monitoring workloads.

Assessment
During this course, you will be assessed through set questions. You will also be required to produce and deliver a presentation as part of your assessment.
Entry requirements
Whilst there are no formal entry requirements for this course, a good level of verbal and written English would be beneficial to complete the assessments.
Candidates required to provide
You will need to provide identification (e.g. Passport or Driving Licence). If you are enrolling through ESF, you will need to provide further identification and proof of employment (or self-employment). Presentations from the workshops and the marking scheme will be provided. Additional reading material may be suggested by the tutor, but is not required.
