This course is an introductory qualification which gives you the tools and insight into how to coach individuals, how to manage the process and how to achieve maximum results. Each of the three days will prioritise the practice of coaching. It is the experiential nature of the course which will build confidence and hone the skills a coach needs to enable people to move forward powerfully.
