The ILM Level 5 Certificate is a nationally recognised qualification that has been designed for managers and those with responsibility for effective coaching and mentoring as part of their daily role within an organisational context. They are also ideal for individuals who wish to move into a development role or start a career as a coach or mentor.
This interactive programme provides learners with the theoretical knowledge of coaching and mentoring, combined with the practical application of coaching and mentoring skills within an organisational context. It enables learners to explore how developing a coaching culture can enhance organisational productivity and positive behaviours n the workplace.
Learners have the opportunity to practice their coaching techniques and apply models within a supportive environment, receiving supervision to allow for reflective practice and personal development.

What you will study
To gain your ILM Level 5 qualification, you will be required to attend 5x mandatory face-to-face classes. You will also be expected to conduct self-study to write 3x Unit Assignments to set deadlines. These assignments include an academic assignment, a portfolio of 18 hours of Coaching within an organisation, and a reflective journal.
Tutorial to be scheduled directly between you and your ILM Tutor once the course has commenced.
