The Implementation and Configuring Cisco Identity Service Engine (SISE) course are designed to let you learn about how to install and manage Cisco Identity Service use.

This is a policy platform regarding identity and access control that ensures consistency and highly secured access control over wired, wireless, and VPN connections.

In this course, you will learn the required knowledge and skills to deploy and configure the Cisco ISE that includes service profiling, ensure the enforcement of IT policy, authentication of web-based application and access, implementing policies for BYOD (Bring Your Device), implying compliance services for endpoint and administering TACACS (Terminal Access Controller Access Control System)+ devices.

In the practical lab session of this course, you will learn how to implement CISCO ISE to monitor the Computer Network, mainstream security policy management, and how efficiently contribute to the operational process of the IT infrastructure of the organization.

 

Prerequisites

  • Familiarity with Cisco IOS Software

  • A clear understanding of the CLI (Command Line Interface) of Cisco IOS

  • Familiarity with Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Operating System

  • Familiarity with 802.1x

 

It is ideal but not required if you have:

  • Cisco CCNP certification

  • Introduction to 802.1x Operations for Cisco Security Professionals (802.1x)
