Time management is a myth, managing energy is key. [Context: Most of us are responding to rising demands at work by putting in longer hours, which takes a toll on us physically, mentally and emotionally.

The problems with longer hours is that time is a finite resource, energy however is different. Looking after our energy levels will help build and sustain capacity, which makes it possible to get more done in less time, with more engagement and sustainability].

Audience: This one day workshop is suitable for staff who feel that they are lacking in energy and would like to improve their energy levels.
