I’m Calynda, it’s a pleasure to virtually meet you!In today’s world it is common for people to be searching for ways to get relief from pain.Watching physical, mental and emotional pain evaporate is a miracle to witness!

That is what gets me out of bed every day. In hindsight, I believe that my personal battle with anxiety and panic attacks had a purpose. The lessons I was forced to learn on my own healing journey have become the tools I use to help others facing their own health crisis.

In my mission to get relief from pain and regain my own health, I was blessed to meet many amazing people: experts, healers, coaches, mentors, clients, friends and heroes! Those connections I’m happy to share with my clients when it is what works best for them
