PRO Skills Development is a dynamic training company, started by Naomie van der Westhuizen in 2013. Born out of her desire to provide distinctive; quality and professional training interventions that effect real change.

From a Driving Instructor on Code 08 & 10 to Marketing Consultant to Assessor at He and She in 1998 to Branch/ Operations Manager at SA Training Services (SATS) in 2009, Naomie finally decided to do it on her own.

Since the 1st of February 2013, PRO Skills Development is proud to announce that we are an established entity, which is growing rapidly, with longterm relationships Naomie has built with her clients.

We currently have an office in Western Cape with accredited Assessors and Moderators. They are subject matter experts, with more than 20 years’ experience in the training industry.

We also do training nationally by using accredited Assessors on a contract basis.
