This course provides participants with the knowledge and tools to conduct a thorough investigation and post investigation follow-up, including identification of initial and underlying causes.
Instruction also covers the development and implementation of corrective measures. This course is intended for supervisors and managers, but is ideal for any employee expected to participate in a workplace investigation.
