This course is designed for investigation teams including managers, supervisors, and safety committee members to assist them in conducting incident investigations.
The participants will learn how to develop an incident investigation program, investigate and manage incidents, and implement corrective actions to reduce risks, costs, and incident reoccurrences. This course is intended to provide information, form templates and investigation tools which can be brought back to your workplace for implementation, no matter what state your existing Incident Investigation program is in.
