The purpose of this course is to develop the skills and knowledge of personnel so that they can coordinate IMT activities to either support or directly respond to both off-shore and on-shore incidents in line with their company’s requirements.

In order for team leader/s to complete the qualification, they must be accompanied by team members from the same organization.
The core positions within an Incident Management Team include: Team Leader, Operations, Planning, Logistics and Log Keeper roles.

People attending this course should have knowledge of organisational procedures including:
Site Emergency Response Plans
Participated in workplace emergency response exercises
Experience as an incident response team member
Company safety case or similar, for an understanding of the applicable Workplace Regulatory framework
