Inclusive Communication

Overview

Communication is of utmost importance in any organisation, but there are many barriers that can make it difficult. 

This course will examine different forms of communication styles, how people’s lived experiences can affect their interpretation, and provide practical advice on strategies and resources to aid inclusive communication. It covers issues around disability and neurodivergence, gender-neutral language, cultural norms, and psychological safety.
