Knit or sew at your own pace on the project of your choice. We’re ready to help you with your next sweater, shawl, hat, top, pants, dress...you name it!
Skill Requirements:
Knitting: Please be comfortable with a long tail cast on, knit and purl stitches, and casting off.
Sewing: Knowledge of how to use a sewing machine, comfortable reading pattern instructions, and a few smaller projects completed.
Please adhere to the following guidelines:

We are dedicated to bringing you a curated collection of modern and imported fabric from quilting cotton to home decor and apparel fabric, hand-dyed yarn, indie patterns and specialty notions. You will learn basic threading, bobbin winding, settings for all stitch functions, stitch variations, use of the included accessory feet and how to make a buttonhole. We will also show you basic machine maintenance. Machine usage classes are on-going.
Are you ready to get to know yours or our sewing machine? In this class you will be learning to thread the needle, wind a bobbin, use different needles and thread, and sample presser feet.
This is a very hands on class for beginners. We start making projects since first class. You will learn hand stitching, how to use a sewing machine, fix your favorite clothes, the use of patterns, among many others.
Classes are open to students of all ages 7-adult. We also offer sew little classes for children 5-6 yrs. We offer private classes, group, weekend & homeschool classes and also have a sewing club that meets 2x monthly.
Our classes follow a curriculum that permits every student to work at their own pace depending on the skill? level and learning ability, therefore we provide full attenti?on that each student deserves according to their level.
