This course is designed to assist workers who are potentially at-risk from exposure to infections and diseases in the workplace, by providing information on the legislative requirements, employer/worker responsibilities, safe work practices, proper hygiene, needle safety and personal protective equipment.
The course will review common occupational diseases such as Norovirus, C.Difficile and Influenza; and procedures that should be implemented in the event of a pandemic/outbreak.
