  • Differentiating between assertiveness and aggressiveness and their impact on interactions. 

  • Identifying personal communication strengths and weaknesses. 

  • Understanding the principles of persuasive communication.

  • Identifying different influencing styles and when to use them. 

  • Negotiation techniques for win-win outcomes. 

  • Addressing objections and resistance effectively. 

  • Applying assertiveness in challenging scenarios, such as giving feedback, handling criticism, and making requests.
