This is how you're going to start to build the foundation to see continuous athletic improvement, and address long-term injury prevention along the way!
When it comes to injury rehabilitation training. I make it a point to work with your physiotherapist, chiropractor, doctor, or any other health practitioner to get the best results.
If you aren't currently working with any of the above, I can help you find a support team to get you back into form.My piece in the injury rehabilitation process is one of many, and I understand that there are more pieces needed to complete the puzzle.
What sets me apart is my attention to detail and determination for my athletes' to truly understand what they are feeling while performing movement.
In order for an athlete to change their habits in performance (or break bad habits, which might have lead to their injury), they need to first be aware of how they move, but not just know how they move, be able to FEEL how they move.
The key is to build this awareness before taking any steps toward improving your speed, strength, or explosiveness. This is how you're going to start to build the foundation to see continuous athletic improvement, and address long-term injury prevention along the way!
Sports have been an integral part of Morgan's life for as long as she can remember. Growing up, Morgan revolved around two main disciplines: hockey and track & field.
As she grew older, Morgan's focus shifted towards hockey, where she had the opportunity to continue at the U sports level.
However, track & field remained a significant part of Morgan's athletic journey as well, with numerous appearances in provincial and national championships competing in the 100m and 200m sprint.
Morgan's true passion lies in the game of hockey. At the age of 17, she had the honour of representing Manitoba at the U18 Women's National Championship. She then made the decision to commit to Mount Royal University, where she not only pursued an education but also achieved notable athletic success.
Throughout her five years, Morgan proudly earned two silver medals in the Canada West finals and a gold medal at the Women's U sports National Championships. Most recently, Morgan was selected to be a part of the Bobsleigh Canada Team and will be touring with them this winter.
