This course will instruct the learner on the purpose and responsibilities of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The learner will become familiar with the different types of account ownership and account ownership categories. 

 

After completing this program, the learner will be able to:

  • Recommend appropriate accounts for consumers based on their needs and desires.
  • Apply FDIC regulations and procedures.
  • Differentiate between insured deposits and uninsured deposits.
