SEW Hut was opened for business in 1982 by Harriet E. McLaughlin, a gracious store owner who was always kept a pot of coffee brewing and was more than happy to share her sewing knowledge with all who wished to learn.
Today, Harriet's daughter, Ingrid, carries on her mother's tradition of down-home service. She strives to maintain a welcoming and supportive store environment where sewing enthusiasts of all skill levels feel right at home, whether they're shopping, socializing, or learning.
Sewing Classes course is offered by Valerie's Custom Fashions. Custom Clothing, Alterations and Sewing classes We provide custom clothing, alterations, decorations, photography, catering, coordinate your event small or large.
This beginner sewing class is an entry level class. Students will learn any of the following projects a pin cushion, a mask, a pillow, a tote bag, a cosmetic case, pull-on shorts , or pull on pajama bottoms – one project a session / week.
