Reading of machining control panel & understanding of operating parameter inspection. Introduction of G codes, Introduction of M codes, Concept of block no. End of block, Spindle speed, Feed rate, tool changing cycle, importance of emergency stop function key, Concepts of CNC turning centre like JOG, MDI, EDIT, AUTO, SINGLE BLOCK Importance Emergency stop key on machine etc. Concepts of part programming, Concept of sub programming, Concept of block in CNC turning programming. Programme creation tools & techniques, concept of different stock removal cycle for complete programming, concept of making contour.
