The sessions are flexible and will run weekdays in 3 hour slots between 9:00am – 5:00pm (with the possibility of some evenings). Sessions will be delivered on either an Apple Mac or Windows PC.
About the Tutor – Neil Brown
I have been working within the creative arts for over 20 years, with 10 plus years teaching art & design, digital design and photography. I was a course tutor at Canterbury College on the A Level, BTEC and HND graphic design courses as well as teaching art & design and sculpture. I’m also a course tutor in digital design for Brit Kids.
I use range of digital software in my current position as web designer and photographer here at Beamtwenty3, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.
Hi, my name is Neil Brown and I am the owner, web designer and photographer here at Beamtwenty3.I have been in the creative art & design industry for over 20 years, with a BA hons degree in fine art from Kingston University.
I started Beamtwenty3 whilst at university and have enjoyed working with creative artists, business professional, tradespeople and organisations to produce content managed websites using WordPress ever since.
I’m based in Faversham, Kent and passionate about web design, photography and the creative arts in and around this beautiful part of England.
Digital Design Classes & Workshops
Before I went freelance and set up Beamtwenty3, I was a college lecturer in FE & HE teaching art & design, graphic design, photography and sculpture at Canterbury College.
I have always enjoyed the act of teaching and have run regular workshops in digital design at my studio in Faversham and have been a supporting lecturer at Brit Kids Canterbury
I offer a range of classes and workshops in digital design, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator and photography classes, including mobile phone photography and digital SLR photography.

You will learn the essential tools and techniques needed to make Photoshop work for you and much more.
You will gain editing skills to enhance your photography using the different tools, filters, layers and masking. You will be given the chance to create a watermark to add to your images for copy-right purposes.
Photoshop is used widely in the ID and CAD and graphic design community to layout images for moodboards, virtual styling, E-design and more. Interior designers use this to produce mood boards and colour up plans and make plans come to life.
Photoshop can be used to edit and manipulate images. We offer two levels of training as well as tailored training course packages to fit your needs.
