It will enable you to develop your knowledge and understanding of the roles of various aviation staff and cabin crew, whilst also gaining some valuable study and employment skills.
This is a vocational course that will give you the opportunity to gain an understanding of what the role of cabin crew involves from the role, health, safety and security on board aircraft as well as making passenger announcements, additionally you will learn about various roles within the aviation industry. You will study a range of different topics related to this role.
You will learn and practice customer service skills as well as carrying out basic procedures required to fulfil the role on board the aircraft. You will be assessed in a range of different ways, coursework, presentations and also practical assessments, all of which will build up to achieving a qualification at Level 2.
