OpenGL and Direct 3D are the most used GUI environment that game programs are based on. This course is teaching direct 3D in detail and it is the prerequisite for a lot of following courses in the program.

This course provides students with basic knowledge in using 3d studio max software to create 3-dimensional model with animation effects. Topics include 3d solid modeling, material selection, lighting settings and animation. Students also learn to import 3d model files into studio max software.
