This course will introduce you to relevant terms, an overview of marketing principles, and an introduction of the sales process and the customer life cycle. We will then investigate the marketing vs. transaction marketing relationship, and introduction to the role of technology in sales and a breakdown of an effective sales plan.
This course is aimed at anyone with an interest to further their understanding of marketing and sales. No prior learning is expected to be in place. An interest in marketing and sales is all that is required.
