On this short course you will gain knowledge/practical skills of meditation, mindfulness and stress busting, including relaxation techniques supporting mental health and wellbeing. The course is run as a part-time course and is 3 hours long (10am - 1pm).
What topics are covered?
Mindfulness of the breath – a calming meditation, building awareness.
Kindness towards self, others and the universe.
Three-minute breathing space.
Awareness of how thoughts can cause stress
