It covers the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycles and the sub-element of the management system and aims to equip the participant with the appropriate knowledge to appreciate the need to develop and maintain an OH&S management system.
Individuals will learn the concept of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle, element of OH&S Management system, and the establishment, maintenance, and continual improvement of OH&S Management system.
This course will benefit individuals at the supervisory level, who are working in the social service agencies and settings.
