This interactive two-day workshop is designed for anyone working within a project team, and will equip them with the general project management skills to help them anticipate and manage problems, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and to budget.

The course combines study of project theory and terminology with a number of practical exercises using proven project management techniques. The course covers everything from project initiation, estimating and planning, to human factors, project execution and standard methods.
