Course Details

In this all-day class, you’ll be learning hand mixing and shaping techniques and developing the skills and confidence to master the art of long fermented dough. During the day you’ll be using a range of flours to create rustic multi-grain sourdough,flavoured sourdough, 100% rye sourdough, fougasse and grissini.

You’ll be creating your own sourdough culture, learning how to keep it happy and healthy and they’ll also be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and troubleshoot home bakes.
