You’ll learn to use a preferment to make tasty baguettes, rustic pain de compagne and a flour/water scald for a soft and fluffy pain de mie.
Take a little tour around Europe during this full-day class and learn to make some delicious regional specialties.
Taught by the founder, Rebecca Bishop, come and learn the fundamentals of sourdough bread – mixing, shaping, baking and recreating it time and time again at home.
During the class you learn how to make and shape sourdough pizza dough, discuss ideas for pizza toppings and how to maintain a sourdough culture at home.
