Tasting and making your own chocolate truffles, preparing, flavouring & shaping the fillings, tempering, enrobing & decorating the chocolates with colourful ingredients.
We will make a variety of traybakes to treat your friends and family. The menu covers Raspberry and Orange Traybake, Chocolate Fudge Traybake, Fruitcake Traybake and a Squidgy Lemon Shortcake. Each demonstrates a different style of traybake and can be easily adapted to get creative at home.
