Either bring a banneton or purchase one of ours. If you don’t want to purchase a banneton you can bring a colander with a damp towel to take your dough home.

Join our bakery team for an introduction to bread making at The Creameries. We will be learning to make 2 styles of bread, our delicious focaccia and cinnamon chelsea buns, with take home recipes provided so that you can recreate these delicacies whenever you fancy.
This fun Saturday morning class is an opportunity to spend time cooking together and learning new recipes. You'll work together to mix, knead, prove and bake pizza and bread. You'll have lunch together and take home your loaves to show off!
You will each make your own focaccia from scratch then using our ready-made dough, shape and bake your doughnuts before you coat them in a deliciously sweet and warming cinnamon sugar coating.
