The Queensland Cyber Infrastructure Foundation (QCIF) is a non-profit organisation that provides cutting-edge digital infrastructure capabilities for research and innovation across Queensland and Australia.
QCIF draws investment from its Members, the Queensland Government, and the Australian Government’s National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS) program. We are an NCRIS node for the Australian BioCommons (Bioplatforms Australia), and the Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) and its Nectar Research Cloud.
Our Purpose
Our Vision
This course is designed as an introduction to statistical analysis for researchers. There is emphasis on understanding the concepts of statistical procedures (with a minimum of mathematics, although some will be discussed) and on interpreting computer output.
This hands-on training is designed to familiarize you further with the SPSS data analysis environment. In this session, we will traverse into the realm of inferential statistics, beginning with linear correlation and reliability.
This introductory SPSS course is for researchers and administrators who need to turn data into actionable insights with a powerful and easy-to-use database. This course provides practical, hands-on experience using many of the functions in SPSS.
