Coachio Group is a values based organisation. Our values are not just written on the wall; they are woven through the fabric of our existence. We live and breathe these every day and apply them to all kinds of decisions, they describe how we do things around here. Our values have shaped what our organisation already is and will determine what it will become.
Coachio Values
When we decided to build our company, we wanted to do so with some key values in mind, to ensure we had structure and meaning to the way we grew as an organisation. We spent some considerable time white boarding and brainstorming over many days, coming up with many values or philosophies that we wanted our company to adhere to.
When it came to trying to remember them, we struggled. We decided to bunch them together to create key themes that we felt we would be proud to have as our organisational values, our way of doing what we do.
In an effort to make them easier to recall, we applied the acronym COACHIO. As our company grows, we continue to workshop our values to ensure that they are still valid and we apply these to pretty much all that we do, from our recruitment processes through to deciding whether to accept offers of work.
We are equipped to carry out safety committee training, ensuring that your personnel have a clear comprehension of their respective roles. Our offering extends to tailored training sessions, covering investigations, job safety analysis, risk assessment, and a wide array of additional subjects.
Public safety is paramount. Under law, all larger gas or electricity suppliers must meet the NZS 7901 public safety standard. As the only accredited certifier for this safety management system, Telarc can help you gain NZS 7901 certification.
Vertical Horizonz New Zealand offers this full qualification. We are able to conduct this training at our premises or yours, as well as arrange suitable facilities throughout the country.
We are very passionate about helping people achieve their goals. We offer a pathway for youth who are struggling academically by assisting them to obtain a forklift licence allowing them to enter the workforce with confidence.
This workplace assessor course is an NZQA unit standard based programme, providing learners with the knowledge and tools to become a registered Assessor.
