iPhone User Training

The Apple® iPhone® with a strong user base and powerful features is rapidly gaining acceptance as a valuable business tool for use in the office and on the go when in the field.

When you integrate your iPhone in your working environment, you can get seamless access to email, the Internet, calendaring and messaging, local and cloud-based files, and additional add-on productivity apps that you'll quickly begin including in your working style.

Your training journey will begin with setting up your iPhone, followed by basic features, and then you'll begin to expand your knowledge into the many useful features that make your iPhone such an exciting experience.

Upon completion of the course, you will have learnt to utilize the device to access, create and share information; connect to business and public networks and resources; and perform general work tasks productively and efficiently from a variety of locations.

• Set up your iPhone
• Use and configure the Safari web browser.
• Setup and use iPhone Mail.
• Configure and use the Calendar, Contacts, and Reminders apps.
• Install third party apps from the App Store. (WhatsApp)
• Create and Manage Files on your iPhone
• Backup your phone content (Contacts/SMS/Photos etc)
• Manage iPhone security.
• Explore other iPhone capabilities, settings, and general management and maintenance of your device.
• Advertising on Facebook/key metrics-engagement /Getting liked!
• YouTube – branding and support/ creating a channel / educating users
