IRATA Rope Access L2 & First Aid combined training course

What you will learn?

• Learning rope access theory and practice, which will include the calculation
  of safe working loads, calculating rigging
  angles and optimal hauling ratios
• Basic casualty retrieval hauling system techniques
• Rescue methods that include ascent as well as aid-climb positions
• Advanced rigging techniques, such as wide Y-hangs, tensioned lines, and pull-throughs
• Performing rescues using the most common drills, such as rope-to-rope
  transfers, deviations, and re-belays

Entry requirements?

• At least 1 years’ experience as an IRATA Level 1 Technician
• Demonstrated competency in Level 1 techniques
• A minimum of 1000 logged hours using rope access

Students will perform 4 day training under the suppervision of experienced instructors and 1 day assessment by competent assossor comprising of total 5 day training from Monday to Friday.
