ISO 45001: 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management (Level 1 Certification)

Occupational Health and safety management is an important aspect of the working of any organisation. Be it any type work done manually or semi automatic or automatic. Let it be any product or service (shipbuilding or courier service) Always there is a hazard and it can even result in death or permanent disability.

Only through a systematic approach to safety and health, an organisation can contain the OH&S risks. It cannot be left to chance. Ill health, loss of limb or even death due to OH&S hazards can be avoided through proper risk analysis and control measures.

A health and safety management system provides a comprehensive approach to address this and also meet the legal requirements and the context and issues of the organisation.

ISO 45001:2018 the first international standard on (OH & S)Occupational Health And Safety Management, was introduced as a replacement of and upgrading the British sponsored OHSAS 18001:2007. It also integrates "business as usual" with health and safety.

ISO 45001:2018 - Level 1 will make the participant eligible to become a core team member in the parent organisation's ISO 45001:2018 implementation team, equipping the participant to make meaningful contribution to the organisation.
