ISO 9001 Quality Management System Awareness Course

ISO 9001 is the most widely used standard in the world.  This Quality Management System standard forms the foundation for defining a system of processes required to achieve customer satisfaction which is the fundamental reason of existence for all organizations. 

The latest 2015 edition of the standard emphasizes leadership from the top management to ensure the system meets its intended outcome.  Top management has to be accountable and provide supports and resources to the organization, especially in aligning the system to the organization’s strategic business planning.

This training course is aimed to equip the participants with the necessary knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard in order to carry out their respective roles in an organization according to the requirements.
