ISTQB (Advance Level)

Our ISTQB Advanced Level program is positioned towards the curriculum of the Advanced Level certifications of ISTQB. The training program however covers a lot more than just the exam curriculum.

Course Outlines:

• Advanced - Test Analyst
• This is the first recommended program in the Advanced series giving learners an opportunity to refresh their Foundation training and catch up on the expectations from a Test Analyst. Topics covered include Fundamentals of Testing, Test Planning and Design, Test Analyst Responsibilities, Test Techniques, Testing Software Quality Characteristics, Reviews, Defect Management and Test Tools.
• Advanced - Test Manager
• This course is for those who are looking to move up the value chain in the testing process and is a pathway to a management role in quality assurance. It is modeled on the ISTQB Advanced Test Manager curriculum. Topics covered include Testing Process, Test Management, Reviews, Defect Management, Improving the Test Process, Test Tools and Automation, and People Skills - Team Composition.
• Advanced - Technical Test Analyst
• This course is focused on the ISTQB Advanced Technical Test Analyst certification curriculum. This is a specialization within the testing community for those who are inclined towards the technical aspects of the testing process. Topics covered include Technical Test Analyst Role in Risk-Based Testing, Structure Based Testing, Analytical Techniques, Quality Characteristics for Technical Testing, Reviews, Test Tools and Automation.
• Advanced - Test Automation Engineer
• This is a fresh course based on the newly introduced ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer certification. Topics covered include Introduction to and Objectives of Test Automation, Preparing for Test Automation, Generic Test Automation Architecture, Deployment Risks and Contingencies, Test Automation Reporting and Metrics, Transitioning Manual Testing, Verifying the TAS, and Continuous Improvement.
