What Will Be Taught For This ITIL® 4 Course?

The Foundation level is designed as an introduction to ITIL® 4 and enables candidates to look at IT service management through a BRAND NEW end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.

ITIL® 4 expands on previous versions by providing a practical and flexible basis to support organizations on their journey to the new world of digital transformation.

It provides an end-to-end IT/digital operating model for the delivery and operation of tech-enabled products and services and enables IT teams to continue to play a crucial role in wider business strategy. This is a two and a half days class.

 

Emphasis on Passing the Exam

The Boot Camp on the last day (9am-1pm) will offer participants the following:

  • Practice ITIL exam papers (Q&A) review

  • Additional practice exam paper questions completed by participants (with instructor guidance)

  • Videos and further references on ITIL topics 

  • Study tips for exam

  • Exercises and practical samples / case study

  • Class discussions / sharing

 

The pass rate on the ITIL Foundation exam is over 90% for our participants.

 

What To Bring

  • We are using the PeopleCert Core Guidance and Official Training Materials. Participants are required to bring your own internet-enabled laptop/tablet to the class to access the e-course material. No printed course materials will be issued.
