The ITIL®4 Create, Deliver and Support (CDS) qualification is intended to provide the candidate with an understanding of how to integrate different value streams and activities to create, deliver and support IT products and services, practices and methods and relevant tools.
This course will prepare a student to pass the ITIL 4 Foundation Certification exam. This course introduces you to the IT Service Management best practices.
